dNTP's are the building blocks for any DNA. Purity and stability of dNTP's are essential factors for successful PCR. All dNTP's supplied, are tested on the ability to synthesize amplicons at least 10 kb in length. Supplied as dNTP's powder, ready to use dNTP's & modified dUTP.

Ready to use dNTP's mix : dNTP's mix is supplied at two different concentrations 40mM & 100mM. dNTP's Mix 40mM This ready to use dNTP's mix contains dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP each, at a concentration of 10mM in water (pH 7.5). Use 1µl of this mix for PCR amplification in 50µl reaction volume.

dNTP's Mix 100mM

This ready to use dNTP's mix contains dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP each, at a concentration of 25mM in water (pH 7.5). Use 0.4ml of this mix for PCR amplification in 50ml reaction volume.

dUTP

dUTP may be used instead of dTTP in the PCR and RT-PCR protocols to prevent carryover from previous amplifications. The substitution of dUTP for dTTP in PCR results in uracil-containing PCR products that are suitable for most standard applications. The Enzyme Uracil-DNA glycosylase, UDG can be added to a PCR premix to excise uracil from any contaminating PCR product, thereby preventing false positives.
