RNase 1 MIMIC
RNase 1 Mimic is a chemically synthesized organic molecule capable to cleave RNase A- like manner. It is designed so, that it imitates the action of RNase A, digesting RNA mainly at CpA and UpA sequences in single-stranded stretches of RNA. Due to the low molecular weight RNase mimic may penetrate the secondary structuresof RNA, RNA-protein complexes, viral particles and living cells. The molecular weight of this molecule is 693.60.
