Free of any detectable endocucleases, ribonucleases and nicking activity. This is high quality reagent grade water for molecular biology reagent preparation, nucleic acid research, tissue culture, in-vitro fertilization and other applications demanding exceptional quality water. This ultra pure water is treated with DEPC and tested for absence of DNase, RNase and protease contamination.
APPLICATION : Useful in specialized experiments where high purity water is required like PCR and Real time PCR
